Who We Are

Thousands of mangy stray, and feral, and sick dogs and cats roam the streets and beaches in third world countries. The story is basically the same regardless of where it originates. This has been an age-old problem with which animal lovers and animal welfare organizations around the world have been wrestling.
Since 2002 International Spay/Neuter Network, an all volunteer charity organization, in collaboration with the local Jamaican veterinary community, has been working to establish a comprehensive spay/neuter and humane education program that will address and reduce the suffering of Jamaica’s street animals.
Our organization is guided by the following goals:
- To improve the health and welfare of Jamaica's street animals.
- To reduce companion animal overpopulation.
- To raise the level of animal welfare consciousness.
