Cruelty to animals is an offense.  Cruelty, according to the law, is “cruelly beaten, ill-treated, starved, over-driven, over-ridden, over loaded, tortured, unlawfully provoked or otherwise maltreated by willful neglect, causing injury or suffering to any animal”.

At no time should a pet be hit, beaten, abandoned, starved, not given water, tied, or left in pain from illness or injury! If you see someone abusing or neglecting an animal, tell your parents or call the police.  If you see a starving animal - provide food and water for them till the owner can be located or a suitable home found.

Feel free to call us anytime if you find an animal in need or observe an animal being abused or neglected. 1 407 482-8326
